Surprise, Fallout 3's New DLC Is Broken

Seems that Fallout 3’s latest piece of trouble-plagued downloadable content, Broken Steel, has launched broken. Least, it is on PC. Shocking, I know. A ton of people keen enough to install the game as soon as it went live this morning have been met with the following message: Not a [[link]] cryptographic message or the 
cryptographic message is not formatted correctly. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8009200D) And [[link]] then the thing won’t work. Bethesda say they’re looking into it, but, well, 
as someone who hasn’t been able to play Fallout 3 on [[link]] PC at all (it just won’t stop freezing on the menu screen, regardless of updates), 
this is all getting a bit depressing. [Bethesda]
